(2000 -20 000 tons/year) or even more with paraller units. The state of the art thermocatalytic process of the process line can work 24/7 producing reusable = saleable products in a sustainable way. For inctance from 1 ton of scarp tires it is possible to create 500-550 kg (about 4 barrels) of oil products, 300-350 kg of high quality carbon black and about 150 kg of high quality steel. We have also special solutions for the treatment of the biggest (OTR) tires and the versatile construction of Ecomation series ETA processing lines gives also expandability possibilities for other waste to energy solutions and treatment applications like for treatment of plastics and e-waste.
