Processing lines for scrap

Ecomation process lines are capable of processing all types of scrap: industrial scrap such as circuit boards and cables, household appliances, computers, telecommunications equipment as well as all electrical waste like cables. Our lines have a capacity of 250–5,000 kg /h or even more. In our process there are 3-5 reduction (mainly crushing) phases depending on case. After each phases there is different types of separation. The whole process is automated dry and clean without liquids including an effective dust and odor control system.
Our process is suitable for all kind of WEEE scrap and just for cables as a simplified version. There are four possible final products from a WEEE scrap after our process: (1)Iron metals, (2)aluminum and light alloys, (3)copper, gold and other precious metals, and (4)plastics.

In our processes the crushing solution for each case will be specified so that the energy consumption is optimized. The final particles after crushing and separation phases are such sort that it is possible to separate the valuable metals in a modern converter of smelter from the end product and the economy and metal recovering efficiency of total process will so be the best possible.

We can also deliver a total solutions for special types of scrap for instance for CRT scrap (TV’s and monitors) or for batteries. Ask more from our sales.

Ecomation Process line, Series EMC (A Container version)

A Container version for a WEEE-scrap processing means a complete process line which is constructed into two or three sea containers depending on case for being easy to transport and instantly ready to operate. It can be equipped with an aggregate so it will work totally independent.

The processing capacity of one unit is limited to 1 metric t /h at most because it’s compact size, but it is possible to use parallel units for reaching the required capacity.
